A basic and fairly average strenghted lightning style jutsu. After preforming the required handseals, the user must concentrate his chakra and manipulate it throught his body, and by doing so can release a powerful discharge of bolt of lightning through their fingertips. Also with enough concentration the user can control the discharge of lightning.
